What make your training "extra ordinary" compared to others are your real life experiences; that is most Valuable that I can’t find it in any books or materials.
It is always good to listen to the person himself rather than reading, easy to digest and absorb. For sure, I will not able to remember all your notes as time comes by but I definitely remember your though & 'story'!
I managed to discover many key elements of success in work life. Thank you to the activities that has been organized, of course some good question throw-in by the participants as well.

But this time, I will try to follow the techniques for WIG setting and to plan/organize/control and leading concept in works to achieve the high performance role in life.
The video clip on fish and killer whale really open my eye which I think I'm lack in work -sometime I'm too serious in work and neglect my relationship with subordinates.
I learn to be more relaxing and choose the right attitude, always be present and make a different towards work.

What I can say is, You totally changed my way of life. I am a speechless type person before. Mostly I spent my time at work with machineries, where of course we don’t need to talk to machine to do what we want.
But now I realize that beside machines, there are also my sub ordinates, my people, where they need to be treated as they want to be. Now I become "Speech-full". I like to talk to anyone and listen more what people are saying. Before, I'm a person that very rarely says "Thank You", "Good Job", "Well Done" or something like that.
